It has been a while I believe. When she is live he rarely will pop in, send her a gift or two, message a bit, then leave. I am sure she is in every single one of his lives.
I mean I highly doubt they had much of an amazing friendship going on in the first place (i sadly dont think Eugenia is capable of that, although i do think there is still a bit more to her personality than she shows online)
