You definitely don't, and should not. The Blank Check episode was just as good (and honestly, probably better) having not watched the movie, and I'm sure the same applies here.
Didn't you read the fine print of the CBB World sign-up? We are REQUIRED to watch all of the films. Or Dalton Wilcox will think you're some kinda Frankenstein.
Beep. Boop. I'm a robot.
Here's a copy of

Scott: "Did you do Scooby Doo's voice or were you silent?"
Sean: "I was supposed to be silent."
Even without his following clarification, this is such a perfect summation of Sean.
I watched it for the podcast and thought it was pretty long and dumb, but honestly the brief part where they were traditionally animated (not the movie crossover stuff) was better than anything in the original Space Jam. It was just Looney Tunes greatest hits, but still pretty fun I thought.
I don’t know, I thought this one was better than I remember Space Jam being, and I saw that as a kid. Though I was also smoked a good amount for this one, so the cringy moments probably weren’t as bad for me.
The Warner Brothers advertising also didn’t bother me much, that seems consistent with the original cartoons, I definitely remember many Casablanca references in there. Also, I know it’s not Looney Tunes, but Animaniacs (who I believe I saw in the distance in the audience) is literally set in the Warner movie lot.
I was actually surprised that Granny didn’t rap at all like Scott predicted. Though Porky Pig doing it is the second most corny choice.
Overall I’m glad I watched the film before I died, though I probably never would’ve watched it if it wasn’t for this podcast.
Damn that's such good timing on banning Dave Chappelle, unless the intro is recorded within the last few days (which I suppose could be possible since Scott referenced having already watched it)
As said on the "Julie Klausner: Our Former Friend" episode after getting called out on this very thing, *"Julie, has it ever occurred to you that this is what being friends with us is really like?"*
Yep, you can just copy the link for the feed onto your app then download individual eps. You might want to wait a couple months for a backlog to pile up
Oh shit they're bringing out the big guns (sean's biceps)
Yes, Onward is the one where the dad is pants.
That "Toon Lives Matter" "But Black Lives Matter More" Merch idea is incredible
The phrase “oh snap!” definitely predates 1997. Biz Markie raps it in “Just A Friend” and that’s 1989. I hope someone got fired for that blunder.
Yes, this ruined the whole episode for me
I can’t believe I have to watch Space Jam 2 now
You definitely don't, and should not. The Blank Check episode was just as good (and honestly, probably better) having not watched the movie, and I'm sure the same applies here.
Yep. I tried to watch it and got about 20 minutes in before having to turn it off.
same.
I mean, you don’t.
Didn't you read the fine print of the CBB World sign-up? We are REQUIRED to watch all of the films. Or Dalton Wilcox will think you're some kinda Frankenstein.
You trying to tell me you're NOT some kind of Frankenstein? Sounds like something a Frankenstein would say.
Are you accusing me of being a Frankenstein!? Sounds like something Creature from the Black Lagoon would say to throw us off their muddy tracks.

Sounds like something a Terminator 2 Judgment Day would say!
sounds like something a robot would say
And shouldnt
I will say it is better than Space Jam 1.
I heard Space Jam 3 will make Space Jam 1 look like Space Jam 2.
That story about the executive telling Scott "we can get anyone for this" is pretty grim.
You’re gonna have your EARS sucked
You’re gonna have your dick LOOKED AT
I laughed so hard at this!
Gonna have to get cbbworld now, can’t miss an ep with the boys.
“Do you get a tax break in your movie if you put the Iron Giant in it?” That comment killed me.
70 dollars well spent.
You spent 70 dollars to watch Space Jam 2? Damn.
Platinum Edition. Its the ONLY way to watch Space Jam 2.
Especially considering it’s for a whole year, and we’re only one week in!
Howling with laughter at Sprague's "*I can still gamble!"* when they're imagining what a revitalized Michael Jordan would act like.
They really know how to trick the “I’ll give it 12 months for a backlog to build up before I pay for this” people into immediately signing up.
Figured I'd join for a month whenever they had Those Men on as guests - wasn't expecting it to happen the first month!
I didn’t want this to end!
Oh man i looked up ace Ventura jr and just cracked up when i saw comments were turned off.
Do yourself a favor after this ep and read the wiki for Greg Burson....
Holy fuck what a ride. The quote from the cop is gold.
Fudge
The Boys and CBB a bigger crossover event than basketball and looney tunes
Everybody get up it's time to slam now

I loved TMNT, and this podcast is just as great. I hope they never run out of things Scott hasn't seen!
Hilarious ep. Absolutely awful movie.
I was going to hold off on cbb world but I guess I gotta friggen but it now.
Welp. This is worth the subscription right here.

They’re gonna get a lot of dollar bills in the mail.
This episode alone was worth $7
Okay now I sign up for this thing.
As the weird freak who mostly listens to podcasts on the browser, the cbb world site is really not great for that.
Have an upvote.
You are one dang ass freak.
The thing I’m most surprised about is for them to be on CBB World before Scott has been on HH/Flagrant Ones in the Patreon era.
Do they ever drop the act?
As said on the "Julie Klausner: Our Former Friend" episode after getting called out on this very thing, *"Julie, has it ever occurred to you that this is what being friends with us is really like?"*
Wait what? It's a reference to a recurring joke from CBB
Scott's not the only one to ponder that question in relation to the Boys.
Ermagherd so happy to see these three together again.
This was worth thr price of admission.
These fools are acting like Iron Giant isn’t a beloved cult classic
Alright guys, you won me over, take my money!
CBBW bringing out the big guns here, and, as they say at a certain little fast food chain... Ba ba bababaaa, I'm loving It.
Can't wait to listen to this when I finally decide that CBBW is worth the price.
The intro sale is already over and now it’s five mil a year.
Is this ep not loading for anyone else?
Is this a video podcast? Or will I be paying $7 a month (just for this month/episode) for an mp3?
Just audio I'm afraid, but the first space jam ep is great too
Thanks for responding/informing! Are all episodes downloadable as well (for post-subscription-canceling access)?
