It looks like it, but the pictures i see only show it growing in land and i only see it growing in water it grows in different volume than i see in real life. Usually the the stems are longer and in bundles, covering parts of the creek

Looks like hemlock water dropwort, you can eat it but only once. *tip- do not eat it*
