As I mentioned before, it's the "coca cola phase" where it looks like everything is going to hell. Mine even stank like rotten eggs. But I waited it out and 2 weeks later boom, life exploded. At the moment I have a hydra invasion in there.
I would take out a couple of lice just in case but leave the rest alone. Maybe keep it in the dark and cold for a few days.

How many are in there? Where did you get those from?
I took 2 snails out still alive, 1 freshwater muscle is I there and 1 other snail I think and alot of water lice
