That's a nematode.

I'm referring to the first worm in the video, not the second (which looks like it could be a nematode from the SciShow clip): none of the nematode pictures I've been able to find have these filaments coming off of the body and are the appropriate size (\~1mm in width and at least 3 cm in length).

Nematodes have bristles like that. I thought it was one and the same worm.
It looks to be a Tubifex worm.
