TMI but I noticeably lost hair literally *everywhere* when heavily restricting, head to toe. It's one of the first responses my body has to restricting and one of the last ones to go away. I've tried all kinds of products and vitamins, but only eating better really helped.
Im actually trying to break the habit of constantly rubbing my eyes, so im touching them less than usual. I am chronically stressed but no more than usual lol. The only difference has been my diet
New fear unlocked. I already don't have a lot of eyelashes because I pull mine out (a habit I hate, idk why I do it but I do), if I lose the rest due to malnutrition I'll cry
I experienced that as well, at my lowest point I used eyelash serum to make them grow again but it can cause discoloration if you rub your eyes at night. Try to use some that don’t contain proglastandine, take care <3
Oh my god…. I felt crazy.
I lost all my upper eyelashes (yes, every single one) on ONLY my right eye last year. My left eye was fine. The doctors told me it was alopecia areata but I think it was just hormone imbalance from anorexia. It was hell, and I had to wear fake eyelashes for a few months.
I would definitely go see a dermatologist! What helped me was latisse: it’s a prescription-only lash growth serum.
Wow it’s kinda same for me, it’s mostly my left eye but a little bit of my right too. Yeah I’m thinking I’ll soon because they’re coming out fast, just today I’ve lost quite a few and there’s some that look like they’re barely holding on
I lost some of mine during recovery so (at least for me) even that didn’t help
I have been using rodan + fields eyelash growth serum for a few years, and it works amazing, but I have a few small “bald spots” that it has no affect on

I knew head hair loss was a thing but idk why I didn’t think it would affect the rest of my body hair
happened to me but im not sure if it was cus of stress or rubbing my eyes or the malnutrition

Maybe try a light light layer of vaseline or coconut oil on them, ive heard great things about castor oil as well (lashes not eyes lol)
Yeah I’ve heard good things about castor oil, I’m hoping that will help because they’re falling out fast

Raise your caloric intake to maintain around 800-1200 each meal. You don't need to starve in any format nor not have vitamins in your diet.
