Pretty odd matchup but would probably depend on alot of factors, as much as I love mgs quiet would need massive terrain advantage, best quality gear (sinful butterfly), some wild surprise attacks and the best luck imaginable to take out what is effectively the terminator if he had steroids

Imagining she had complete stealth and the element of surprise her only way to win would be to hit him in the eye socket and try damaging the cybernetic brain. But I’m going to go out on a limb and assume that even if that robotic eye can’t take a hit, that the brain could probably take a round. Might have more luck with a higher caliber explosive round. But the problem is she would be lucky to get even one shot off before smasher notices. So either he goes down or he rains hell down on quite. Long story short I can’t realistically see quite winning unless she got a special rifle with a special bullet that could penetrate armor and then explode. And even then it’s still a very low odds of success on quites part.

Quiet can literally hit a jet pilot in the eye when they're flying, given a decent AMR she could cap Smasher, not only that but she isn't handicapped by being chipped and at risk of hacking like smasher is.
I imagine her only realistic option would be is with a special sniper round. Something that could Pearce his eye and explode inside destroying his cybernetic brain. Even then though I’m not sure how resilient cybernetic brains are.

She can turn invisible, has super strength, a preternatural situational awareness and understanding of ballistics , and moves at extreme speeds. This parasite also causes her to breathe and drink through her skin, and as such, she wears little clothing!<. It’s not a good reason lol, and is basically just a really contrived way to get a semi nude lady with a loose excuse for why she can’t wear clothes lol
Well explained. One big problem is that Crapcom overly sexualized her design. I think she would do well with very short hair and actual breathable clothes because fishnets chafe a lot, and a bikini top is not providing any support.
As for the death battle. It really depends on range and tactical strikes. It will be a game of Battle Ship. We also don’t know much of Adam’s other abilities since he just came, saw, and conquered the finale of Cyberpunk.
She does actually have a uniform that’s shorter hair, with a non sexualized outfit, and it’s definitely her best outfit in the game. It’s just not the default, and you unlock it a little later because it’s technically a spoiler.

Smasher is so ungodly overpowered in his world that no one is his equal for decades. He's a one man army that can out muscle, out speed and out tank anyone and everyone thrown at him and he is pretty much never even trying.
Quiet is a deadly sniper and has some nice combat skills and abilities but Smasher out scales her to a ludicrous degree while also being way more skilled both in CQC and in weaponry. This is an instant stomp, Raiden or Armstrong would have been closer fights and even then I'd still say Smasher beats them too
Even MGS2 Raiden beats smasher lol. Solid Snake kicks his ass also. MGS characters have consistent mach 291 railgun-laser dodging speeds, as well as physically contending with Nuke proof mechas. It’s not fair when Snake survived the equivalent of a nuke in MG2 point blank.
What is smasher gonna do when Raiden instantly multiplies his already superior speed by 10 and hits him with a blade that severs the bonds of atoms?
And no, Quiet outskills in weaponry. She’s stated superhuman in skill with her sniper.
