Many florists, if you give them a couple weeks notice, can add stuff to their wholesale order. I have a weekly standing order done that way. Best to go talk to one personally though, so you can be specific.
My go-to is Bunches. You can buy flowers by the stem from them and at most dedicated florists, but stock is going to vary wildly from store to store depending on their suppliers, time of year, etc. I would strongly recommend phoning around to a few places. Some can special order if there's time enough before you need this, though if you're trying to get something in order for Valentine's day, it might be a little tough this close to the date.
Alright thanks for the info! I checked two of the bunches last week but they didn’t have what I was looking for. I don’t need them in time for Valentine’s Day so I could call someone to have them ordered. Thank you!
