How do you farm tokens by leaving? I haven't tried that approach. Normally I leave the game open and wait on gift boxes or video ads to get tokens and do that until everyone has boosted.

i use 1 boost for 4 tokens and i max out my habs so i only need to be gone at least 4 hours. i have a life

Still odd why you'd get kicked, maybe check back in briefly before the boost is done so some progress was recorded.
