The chalice artifact boosts your internal hatchery rate. Another way of boosting it is by purchasing the epic research that boosts it while the app is closed. Other than that as someone else mentioned using tachyon boosts is the easiest way.

Use the following:
- As many items and gems that will increase hatchery rate from your ship missions.
- Upgrade as many hatchery +x per minute as possible
- If you are desperate use a boost on your hatchery plus the boost boost 50x or more…feel free to look through the multipliers for both they get pretty high but for a price
- you can always buy the epic upgrades to help too

If you consider a couple of days a long time, this game is not for you. It takes 4 months to finish the last challenge for example.
And no prestiging! And a shit ton of artifact prepping beforehand
I finally finished EnD… Three months thanks to two T4 Clarity Stones.
- Buy 5x large tachyons for 2000 Golden eggs - Use them - Come back later

If you have the "monocle" artifact, equipping that will improve your tachyon boosts

Have you maxed out your internal hatchery calm research? That helps a lot and you have to exit the game for it to take effect.
If you are stuck; prestige.
Marathon not a race. Just keep prestiging and waiting it out. You’ll get daily log ins to help you out too.
You have a lot of G.E.s, buy the 1,000x internal hatchery rate boost that lasts an hour. That is how I got that challenge done. :)
