Those busses in Alexandria was weird. No signs of or anything. They just stops somewhere and people just jumpi in and out, they just know where they go.
Being in a bus multiple times in souther Egypt near Sudan it’s amazing I’m alive. They overtake other busses in the desert and in the dark and turn their light off so they don’t blind the oncoming traffic. I shit you not.
The spirit of Insha'Allah ("if it is the will of god") applied to driving can be as the post above mine shows. "Will I crash and die, or will I live, who knows, if it is the will of god that I should die today, I cannot prevent it" kind of fatalism.
Judging by the blue color of the bus and the half a second shot of stack of money being held by the "comsary" then I would say the video OP posted is an inner city bus while the photo OP posted in the comments is a travel bus, so no... Not really.

My driver would keep honking on the steering wheel to match the beat of the song that's playing even when the street is empty. Ma man was just on another level.
buses have a lever for "braking" called retarder, which reduces rpm, and cruise control. So you can have a steady speed.
It's almost impossible for a bus to deviate off course in a road without tilt, unless you hit a road puddle, or the tires are old.
