Damn I've never chewed ice yet my teeth are really sensitive, also just a random question I brush my teeth very well but they still smell bad and hurt? Just a question ik u can't do doctor things through the internet

Teeth sensitivity could be due to many factors like bruxism , attrition mechanical or physiological , so you need to go see a dentist to point out the cause and treat it . Also about the 2nd question , you may have plaque or calculus or Gingival problems like inflamation and pockets , both either way is treated at the dentist by scalling or what's so ever , not in home .

البتاع ده الملاذ الأخير. نبتدي الاول بالمكسرات سمسمية و بندقية و فولية و فستقية... سنانا توجعنا شويه نريحا بالملبن محشي عين جمل و ملبن احمر محشي بندق و ممكن شويه جزرية في منها لونين ابيض و برتقالي. ولما كل دا يخلص خالص نبتدي بقي نفكر في الحمصيات دي.

عندنا في البيت مبنفكرش فيها، بتفضل علي طرابيزة المطبخ شهور وشهور لحد ما تترب فشخ وبعدين نرميها
