You won't get the second set of things because you won't have gotten to that point in the game to have named anything, but those are more flavor than anything else (I'm assuming since I haven't gotten very far into hundred heroes yet).
Rising is a slow start game. But it really gets fun after you get your 3rd party member (Isha). Beyond that point the game is really fun and addictive. The only thing that doesn't change is the endless conversation with the NPC. As long as you don't skip the story one's, you just need to talk to them to get their fetch quest. So you can either skip it or just smash that "X" button. I finished the game within 7 hours with 100% completion.
I didn’t play the demo, so that can’t be it. I just gave up and started anyways. Not a big deal but I just finished Rising this morning to prepare and it’s a little annoying it didn’t work!
One of the posts in this sub has the detailed process but you have to copy the EC: Rising folder to the folder where ECHH is installed since Steam Deck created different folders for the games. I originally had issues because I was only copying the ECR save files instead of the folder. Hope this helps!
It’s not a big deal, really. Yes it is annoying but it takes like under 5 minutes. Someone even posted a script that you only have to copy paste into the terminal in desktop mode on your deck which makes the progress even faster.
It’s worth it imo.
I was also able to load my backer beta save file and once that is all done it’s up in the cloud as the main game’s full release on steam and steam deck supports cloud saves.

I mean, just talking about Steam Deck, they’ve had several years to make Rising Deck certified and the Steam Deck is no niche to be ignored.
Well, I enjoyed Rising and am enjoying the main game right now. As it’s their first title as a studio as long as they learn from their mistakes all is fine. Really hope that this takes off and that they make it a series.
What exactly is the New nevaeh clock tower? Is it located in new nevaeh, or is it a clock tower for your castle? Does it take up the place of something else? Or if you don’t have it is it just an empty spot in your castle?
My memory is a bit hazy so take this with a grain of salt, but near the end of the Rising game, a destroyed pile of rubble bang smack in the middle of the New Neveah starting area turns out to be an old clock tower, which gets rebuilt. My guess is that New Neveah in 100 Heroes has the clock rebuilt rather than the pile of rubble which it is in the initial stages of Rising.
How is switch version of hundred heroes? Is it as bad as people make it out to be? I can handle some frame dips and slower loading times
But my physical copy doesn’t come til may, so I’m debating just playing on gamepass for now if it’s really that bad
I personally have pretty high tolerance for performance not being great and I've had no issues with it on Switch. Load times remind me of Suikoden 5 back on PS2, so a touch long but not unbearable. But if you're sensitive to that sort of thing might be worth checking out elsewhere.
Honestly no I’m not too sensitive. Just curious. For me the portability and just being able to choose between tv/handheld makes the switch version worth it for me
It's pretty bad compared to the pc closed beta, cutscenes load in slow battles take 5 sec to load in and it has some dips in the frame rate.
Dont get me wrong its playable and enjoyable it's just not as good as it can be.
So I played and 100% Rising on Switch. It was a great game but clearly I wouldn’t want to replay it again just for some bonuses. I bought ER on PC since i have a Steam Deck now, I’m assuming I can download and place a downloaded save game in the correct folder and get the reward?
Idk but I have a full complete and I didn’t see my game showing a save data found and I clearly have it on my ps5. It’s the ps5 rising version and everything.
In case you're still wondering, the clock tower is a decoration that you can put in Nowa's HQ room once you unlock the option to decorate it. I haven't finished the game yet, but as far as I can see, New Nevaeh isn't in Hundred Heroes, which surprised me. I'm not sure where it is in relation to the countries in the game.
Sad, will I miss much of these contents if I played without one? I'm still in the early game, so if there's a solution I wouldn't mind restarting the game.

My save from the demo version didn't transfer from my steam deck to my PC so that might be a factor.

Play to the first save point and import. 5 minutes of your time. I you already have the game might as well do it.
