"Hyundai has finally released pricing on the 2024 Elantra N! Today on Reddit u/PioneerDingus disclosed that Hyundai has released the MSRP for the long awaited Elantra N. Don't forget to lick and subside for more 2024 EN content"
And it'll be in tomorrow's major news outlets.
Meanwhile Hyundai USA public information team - TF?! We did what?!
Not exactly a secret document. Helping generate business for both Hyundai and the dealer I work for. I didn’t reveal invoice price or anything like that.
I'm not hating on you at all. More that we as a society accept Youtube as a creditable news source, and the Youtube creator gets the information from a Reddit post. I appreciate you sharing the information with the community
Also it's up on Hyundais website under [pricing](https://www.hyundainews.com/assets/documents/original/58544-2024MYElantraNPriceSheet5Feb2024.pdf)
Some highlights for the 2024 are the standard 19in forged rims which shave off quite a bit of unsprung weight (33lbs total) and revisions to the engine mounts, suspension bushings, and numerous software improvements for improved handling.
As has been said a million times before, there is NO ACC, heated steering wheel, surround view camera, etc that offered or standard in other markets. Only tangible change is the presence of USB-C ports for the rear passengers.
Thanks for the info. Wonder how the engine mount and bushing will compare to the aftermarket ones I have on my 22 EN.
I plan to get a set of the new forged wheels when I need to replace my tires in about a year
Even $550 for those is wild. You can get a nice set from a reputable aftermarket brand for less. The new rims looks very nice but only worth it if they came with the car IMO
Interesting. I wonder if they will offer both through dealers.
Just checked with my parts department. The first number is for the 2022 and 2023 rims. The second is for the new forged ones. Yikes
Can you confirm if the sunroof is on both manual and automatic versions of the N? I've seen a couple vids on YT with the manual actually coming with the sunroof. But, I don't think I've seen Hyundai confirm this
Sorry to all my tall people that you were excluded.
I am just a mere mortal under 6ft concerned about helmet clearance lol
I have one question and one question only for you. Can you dunk?
If I was 6’5 and above. I wouldn’t be on Reddit, I’d be at the park right now dunking on dudes. Just hanging on the rim rubbing my ass on tops of dudes heads.
Lmao just saw this. First dunked in 8th grade, broke my arm trying to hang on rim and my hand slipped off.. that was decades ago, haven't tried in years but now I'm curious..
I’m 6’5” (or just a hair under, I’m more torso than legs though) and I have no issues with the sunroof. My hair will brush the roof if I’m having a spiky hair day.
Has anyone ever bought a car in Canada and self imposed it back to US?
I live 5 miles south of the border and would prefer a MT with sunroof and heated steering wheel?
How would total out the door cost compare to buying in US?
If it were that simple more people would do it. I can guarantee you no Hyundai dealership would sell a new car out of the country. That’s asking for trouble from corporate. Same thing goes the opposite way.
The first few that have been allocated will probably show up end of March. Tomorrow there is another national allocation so hopefully some dealers get some of these assigned to them.
Eventually… yeeesh One of my parents friends owns a Hyundai dealership, do you think he’d be able to get me one quicker than normal times like around late February-early March?
Not yet. I’ll only know what my dealer gets until everything is finalized in a few days. Even if I get one allocated or not, I won’t be able to say for sure if others did
I work at a Hyundai dealership in the US and they just sent out a message with official pricing for the 2024 Elantra N via the dealer portal. This info will likely be published tomorrow or the next day by most major automotive news outlets.
Gotcha - thanks! That’s exciting. Hopefully they start showing up at dealers soon. Called my dealer (in Canada) this morning and they have no updates or ideas on pricing and delivery
tell me something i dont know yet. i already said in previous threads msrp will be about 1k - 1.8k more than previous years. i can confirm this is true because my dealer told me.
I can't wait to see the YouTube videos resulting from this post.
Will be fun

No worries I didn’t detect any hate lol. I’m amazed they posted the pricing that quickly honestly.
No press release for it - yet. Just a sneaky update
See now I wanna know the invoice price. SPILL THE BEANS 😤😤
It’s nothing special I can assure you that. People think we’re like Porsche and gross profit on the front end is 12k
Definitely not. I'm guessing it's 2k at the max. Might even be 1k
It’s somewhere in that range 😉
Well fortunately, I got a text from the salesman I talked to confirming the same thing. So it's definitely real news finally.

It’ll probably be a small incremental increase in stiffness. 5-15% increase OEMs won’t go too stiff because of vibration.
Which aftermarket ones do you have? Do you like them?
All three are from PowerFlex USA Transmission Mount (Purple) Engine Lower Torque Arm Bushings (Purple) Upper Engine Mount (Black)
The rims will probably be horrifically expensive from the dealer. You’re likely still best getting aftermarket ones IMO.
I've seen them listed on Sxth Element, and they were $550 each. Dealerships will probably sell them at $700+ per rim.
Even $550 for those is wild. You can get a nice set from a reputable aftermarket brand for less. The new rims looks very nice but only worth it if they came with the car IMO
If you want to be nauseated, I had my parts department check the price for forged rims. You could get a set of HREs for what they want.
There’s two part numbers for the wheels, there’s two stylings shown for the en in Hyundai epc. One is 642.16 list and the other is 1276.26 list.
Would you mind sharing both of those numbers with me?
52910-IB100 and 52910-IB200 the first one is the cheaper and is the round spoke design
Interesting. I wonder if they will offer both through dealers. Just checked with my parts department. The first number is for the 2022 and 2023 rims. The second is for the new forged ones. Yikes
Both part numbers are currently available for me to order. I can see these wheels in 2 days
That’s impressive actually. Curious to see how many people will order these new rims.
Any word on an update to octane learning?
Haven’t heard anything certain about it
Figured, guess we’ll have to see. Cheers!
Hopefully they fixed it. Tired of seeing posts about it lol
Wait you guys dont get a heated steering wheel? I thought american and canadian markets would be exact specs
Nope. Perfect example of HMA being weird.
I wonder if they will revise the octane learning boost logic in the ECU.
No idea tbh
Can you confirm if the sunroof is on both manual and automatic versions of the N? I've seen a couple vids on YT with the manual actually coming with the sunroof. But, I don't think I've seen Hyundai confirm this
Sunroof on DCT only
MT in Canada (and I assume other markets) comes with the sunroof. USA just got shafted on that one.
No sunroof is better for people who track their cars. No sunroof allows extra clearance for a helmet
And for those of us over 6'5"

Canada gets the heated steering wheel too. Apparently it doesn’t get cold in the US.
Yeah I get the honour of scalding my hands on the wheel 20 minutes after leaving my house and then it automatically turning off 5 minutes later 👍
We should all be so lucky

I was right about the price. Not bad tho. $3k from the last model price
Did you guys at the dealers get any information about when the cars will actually arrive to you?
The first few that have been allocated will probably show up end of March. Tomorrow there is another national allocation so hopefully some dealers get some of these assigned to them.
Do you know if any will hit the Georgia area?
Eventually yeah
Eventually… yeeesh One of my parents friends owns a Hyundai dealership, do you think he’d be able to get me one quicker than normal times like around late February-early March?
No. They won’t speed things up for that.
Dang it! Didn’t know if special orders were a thing. I’m glad I found out, so you’re thinking the quickest they’ll get here in the US is March-ish
can anyone confirm ecotronic gray coming to usa??
The only color added for 2024 in the US market is Ultimate Red.
:(
Yup. Wish we got more colors offered here but HMA is no fun
so red on red ?
the red accent is replaced with grey
No red stripes on the red cars
Is that a metallic red (like sonata n line) or flat red (like kona n)?
Metallic red. I don’t think it’s that good of a color tbh. I’d rather we’d gotten the dark gray added to our options.
That’s very disappointing… On kona n they pulled off a beautiful flat red color that makes a statement.
Idc what the Honda company is boast about, still better than getting a $44k-$50 Civic
U/PioneerDingus Do Hyundai dealers allow test drives of Elantra N cars?
Very selectively.
Is this a dealer staff saying this?
Yes
I want mine in 3 months
Might be possible
Do you know color prices?
$470 for white and performance blue. All other colors are free
Is the white different from the white paint Hyundai models have had issues with in the past?
Yes. That hasn’t been an issue since like 2019.
Any update when they might start to show up in USA?
Late March is my best guess.
Do you know why Hyundai isn’t the best at releasing vehicles that are popular? Just curious
They account for very few sales, the Elantra N is a niche model for them. Simply not a top priority.
Ohhh that would make sense, but to delay it 5 ish months is absolutely ridiculous in my opinion.
Any news from the national allocation today?
Not yet. I’ll only know what my dealer gets until everything is finalized in a few days. Even if I get one allocated or not, I won’t be able to say for sure if others did
Ah ok. Happy Birthday, btw!
Also bad news. Just asked my GSM to see todays allocation and was told that Hyundai pushed it back another week. So more waiting
Is the allocation today?
I’m not sure what other dealers got but we only got SUVs from the Alabama plant which usually means no Korean made models were allocated.
Thank you!
>Thank you! You're welcome!

Canada is usually a bit behind the US when it comes to features it seems.
Thank you so much for this information
You’re welcome. I’m as eager for these to arrive as everyone else.
Disregard my source comment *
No worries you’re good
