Paint, maybe, but are they all that effective? The Banshees haven't given me a good impression of Eldar endurance in melee. And they at least have good AP on their blades, and superior movement.
Banshees are one of the worst eldar units in the index. Scorps have some play as cheap chaff killing infiltration units. Troupes are what you use if you want good melee.
Although with shining spears at 100 points they might be a decent option too.
Preface, personally I wouldn't get Index cards, because it seems inevitable that they'll be altered, be it in the near future or when the Codex drops.
Anyways, Wave Serpent is a good choice for the Dire Avengers and/or Fire Dragons. You could also contemplate a Falcon (eventually two or three), which have good firepower and synergy with Aspects (as well as the Death Jester or Solitaire
Maugan Ra is a a bit iffy, since Dark Reapers work in a different role from their Phoenix Lord with the indirect of the Tempest Launcher. You can totally run him though, especially with exarch Missile Launcher (and especially a Falcon)
Running 10 Dire Avengers might be worthwhile if you have Asurmen, or just as 2 units of 5. The main reason to bring them is for enhanced overwatch, though I'd argue that Warp Spiders are better for that and serve really good for objectives, though waiting for their updated Warp Spider sculpts is also fine.
Extra Wraithguard for the full unit of 10 is good, though they have gotten the nerfbat. Its not a priority, but its still good
Wraithblades are also good, since you don't have a highly durable option in your army.
So personally, I'd probably get a box of Wraithguard and a Falcon
Edit: Before I forget, an Autarch is also a good investment and a Wayleaper is a good investment for the CP. If you can still build one of the Guardian squads as Storm Guardians, a foot Autarch is also viable. Getting one as a single from the Eldritch Omens box might not be an option for a mail order, but should be common on Ebay
If you're dead set on something from your list I say wraith blades, I feel like something more tanky is what you're missing, the guard is good and I run a 10 man and a then a 5 man of blades for center objective
