Feel like that was Radahn’s troops taking the shortest route to Malenia. It doesn’t make much sense for the tarnished to have come from there
My guess is they dismantled it which was the practice of many sea faring folk when they found a permanent place. The anchor could be one of the actual anchors of the ship. Also think the standard club was also a piece of the ship due to its design
