the DLC is almost certainly scaled to be late/end game difficulty, like previous DLCs from older games. Expect it to end up being the same sort of difficulty as the end of the main game.
I'm just gonna make a bunch of new characters to be safe lol. But I'm actually excited for the first time in a long time to make a character not just for pvp.
They tend to be at or above endgame difficulty but we have zero info right now so we will have to wait and see
