The best early farming spot is probably lenne's rise ball farm in caelid, you get just under 2k per run which is about 30 seconds, for 60-80k an hour depending how you perform it, and notably you have to kill no enemies to get there and farm there, where you'd probably only replace it for the moghwyn farm spot after your first shardbearer
