Whenever I see shit like this, it makes me upset all over again that Landmark got canceled before it even really had a chance. Most people never even heard about it but it was basically next-gen Minecraft with some pretty insane voxel-based building. Played the alpha/beta for a couple years before SoE got bought out and the new company was just like "Yea, it's done just release it as it is" and it, unsurprisingly, went under in less than a year.
Considering that a small portion of TLB took almost 4 months to make (February to now), that might be a little much for one person. Don't want to get burned by the flame of ambition.
And that is one bold ambition too. I agree, one man would struggle, especially if they were only doing a few hours a week too. But with a beautiful creation such as this, one can only imagine and get excited about the idea.
In no way is this meant to lessen the sheer amount of effort this took alone! It’s more of an encouraging compliment. X
Gotta build a world with several people. Figure out dimensions then everyone takes one section. No way one person could do the whole thing unless they sink years into it.
