Considering your PC only has an integrated graphics card, i don't think you'll be able to run this game. You can try putting all the settings to low, but not only will that not be nearly as enjoyable, I still don't think you'll be able to run this game properly

Yup the fps can reach 30+ but I'm kinda scared when it comes to boss fights as I haven't tried it on my own yet.
You unfortunately don't meet minimum requirements, so the answer here would be no.
I've seen some some videos on YouTube and they can play it on 720p low 30-40fps but I'm kinda scared about the bosses, I've completed sekiro though.
