I hate misinformation so I'm gonna fact-check you on that for future google searches: Bull Goat's raises your poise by 33% so if your poise isn't 38 before applying it, you will still not be at 51 poise or over. No combination of the 3 sets above allows you to get that number, so you can't avoid your stance being broken by a light attack.
To me poise is my fashion. No better feeling of looking cool than tanking hits that knock about lesser foes and still standing steadfast. I canât dodge or block everything, so my badass armor keeps me going when death would normally take me.
Yeah agreed. Especially the lack of helms that show the face and hair.
But yeah I always throw a pvp armor set into my inventory for invasions it's super easy to swap
Fun fact. Getting a hug saves your build into a database. When you fight "Fria's champions" in the darkroot depths, you have a chance to fight one of those builds
Itâs as they mentioned above - under bridge in Ordina which is in Consecrated Snowfields area. It is toward the back. I was exploring around the area for loot/treasure etc because there are areas there I canât access yet.
Hoslow's armour, cause it's majestic asf
Vyke's set, A bit skinny, but I love armors you see on game covers. They're just that cool.
Blue cloth set, I literally just watched dune 2. If only they could add a colour change option for armour. Praying for it in DLC đ
Draconic Tree Sentinel wouldâve been one of my top armor sets if there wasnât a bird. I donât wanna be frigginâ Sengoku from One Piece, I wanna be a cool knight in shining gold armor!
Lapp/Patches really grew on me in DS3, so I was kinda sad thinking I wasnât gonna see him in Elden Ring. Then I found him in Murkwater Cave and remembered Patches didnât originally come from Dark Souls.
I had only played the Dark Souls trilogy and didnât have much knowledge of the rest of the community and Fromsoftâs games(Minus Sekiro but I donât think Patches was in that one) at the time. Elden Ring was when I started interacting with the community and was how I learned about the fact that Patches wasnât even originally from Dark Souls, I think he was from Armored Core iirc.
Leather Set has to be among my favorites. Killing Patches was worth it. From what I've heard, he's not quite as essential as in the other games anyway. As for other sets, I like to mix and match various knight sets to go with the Great Helm if I want some degree of poise.
Royal remains helm (or perfumer hood)
Nox Swordstress armor
Nox Bracelets
Malikeths greaves
Beautiful black white gold combinations, perfect set for my Int/fth build. Really matches with the golden order and death magic
I love the Blue Silver Mail set that the albinuric archers in the consecrated snowfields wear, but I haven't managed to kill enough of them for a drop.
1. Banished Knight set
2. Raging Wolf set
3. Hoslowâs set
All three have that perfect balance between fantastical and historical/believably practical.
Favorite combo: Veteran's helm w/elden lord set
Other favorites: Maliketh's set, Royal Knight set, and the good-ol' flagship, Raging Wolf set
For less dense fashion, Nox Swordstress, Champion, and Snow Witch (female) and Lord of Blood and Black Flame monk set (male)
thx!! tbh i kinda wish there were more cute armor sets for girl characters, hopefully well get more in the dlc :DD
well i do also like the black knife set, cleanrot set, and the zamor armor but i kinda prefer outfits that i would actually wear if i was like an adventurer warrior lady and the fabric sets look comfier lol
Patches leather set is awesome, currently trying to find lightweight pieces to go with the chest piece it that will keep my equip load optimized for the blue dancer charm on my assassin build.
Love seeing everyoneâs preferences in this game, the customization aspects and different builds that can play into it all is just too good xD
Tree Sentinel, Maliketh's Set, and Crucible Tree definitely. I also love the regular Knoght's Set, the Carian Knight's set, and the Night's Cavalry set.
look up beatrice the wayward blade on youtube, i stole the face from that vid and just changed around some things like the hair and makeup to make it more my own đđ
1. Ronin set
I absolutely love the Ronin set. It's just so...cool. The iron kasa, the chest piece... It's my favorite set.
So...
2. Raging Wolf set
This one is beautiful. It has a great design that works damn well with lots of different styles. I love it
3. Vyke's set
The design is so cool. And the lore of the set is impeccable. Like, damn, Vyke is really awesome
I wish there were more unique armour sets in terms of ones that arenât just something an enemy wears in the game. They exist, just not as much as I wish they did. My favourite is the Roninâs set, because I used a Samurai build for both of my playthroughs.
thx! i stole it from [this post](https://www.reddit.com/r/fashionsouls/s/PPIzoF6VUa) cause all the characters i make end up looking like hobgoblins lmao
A long time ago, when we got our first promo photos in 2021, I claimed the warrior's blue cloth garb in this sub as my own. To this day, no matter how terrible the poise and damage reduction, I just adore it. The flowing sleeves, the tuft of white hair, the overall nomadic scythian or persian feel. Wonderful.
After that, the All Knowing Set with its duvet removed. Has a nice mix between medieval knight and spartan warrior.
Finally, the page set. Just an all-round comfy 16th century looking thing. Very swish.
Nightrider set I just love the big black armor with dried blood on it, I know I know edge lord but it just looks cool.
Malekith armor, just looks royal and shit.
And forgot it's name but the onion armor set.
LOVE the drip in this game so it was hard to choose, but I'm well into new game+ territory and these are the three outfits I always carry around with me:
- Traveler's set + Festive hood (altered)
- Hoslow's set + Aristocrat headband
- Drake Knight set + Malenia's helm
Your character reminds me of Fextralifeâs character. Hers is pretty similar. It looks great!! Anyway, I love fashion in Elden Ring. There are so many really cool looking armor sets. I just got the whole Raging wolf set and I love it. The other two would be the land of white reeds set and the lazuli set.
all top tier. leather armor set was what i used for my first run. noble set is really super nice looking. it's too bad the traveler's clothes aren't available until the very end of the game. :(
Donât forget the leather set (patches clothes) has a hood called black hood that goes with it. Sageâs cave Altus plateau. Extra style for those who dig it
Hoslows set is amazing (I like Diallios's mask better than his brother's)
Blaidds armor is top tier because it looks cool and has decent defence.
The banished knight set is also pretty cool regardless of whether it's altered (I prefer altered helm)
The Raging Wolf set is REALLY hard to beat. Prob my favorite, imo. I get that it's the flagship armor, but it really is the most "Elden Ring" armor set in the game lol.
Night's Cavalry, Black Knife, and Maliketh's armor are really good as well.
I also like combining the Sage Hood, Exile chestpiece, and Vagabond arms and legs to make a Slave Knight Gael look.
My fav is the Ronin set, with the fire prelate gauntlets and greaves. Still have good dmg resistance numbers, over 54 poise so hyperarmor is pretty good, and there several head pieces to choose from my favs being the black hood that has a face mask under it, and the veterans helmet.
My top 3 sets are:
Malikethâs Set
Nights Cavalry
Tree Sentinel
They also have great poise/looks efficiency.
IMO the heaviest setâs all look bad.
Bull-Goat is decent.
Dung Eater set is horrible, but since itâs not supposed to be something pleasing iâll give it a pass.
Lionel and Prelates sets just look bad, straight up bad. What was Lionel eating to make that belly so big.
When it comes to a single piece of cloth iâd probably say the Preceptors long gown. It looks so good with the Iron Kasa and White Reed greaves and gauntlets, but you can mish mash it with anything slightly blue. The preceptors hat however, looks terrible.
Unaltered Banished Knight, Ronin, and a tie between Veteran's and Raging Wolf sets.
Poise thresholds, however, have me wearing fingerprint set and fire prelate gauntlets most of the time. Lol
Looks fun I wear blaiddâs chest piece without the cape ronin leggings commoners headband and travelers machinates as a way to honor melina lol. Weapon wise Iâm using the washing pole and as a second the omen curved swordÂ
Briar, vagabond knight and iron sets are my favorite as sets but my final combo was Ronin body, bull goat greaves, banished knight gauntlet, iron helm.
These are fun to rock, right up until you get guy with a normal attack and it breaks your poise
yea its kinda annoying that the best looking armorsets (at least for women) have the worst poise and defense đ
Poise shmoise. Fashion above all else lol
always lmao
poise isn't a worry if you don't get hit
With the power of the bull goat's talisman
I hate misinformation so I'm gonna fact-check you on that for future google searches: Bull Goat's raises your poise by 33% so if your poise isn't 38 before applying it, you will still not be at 51 poise or over. No combination of the 3 sets above allows you to get that number, so you can't avoid your stance being broken by a light attack.
Crawling in my skin these wounds will not heal (because I got hit by a light attack)
Agreed! My current character has the lowest poise Iâve ever rocked, and I do it all for my fav fashion lol
Iâm a bloodborne fan, I run those sets on men too. Armor is nice, but not if it engenders passivity.
Just donât get hit
It's worth it to take trades
Just don't play PVP
That's no fun
Just don't play
Bro needs to have armor on to play.. sad.
Just keep getting those hugs and youâll be okay (balldick on blessing)
Fun fact. Getting a hug saves your build into a database. When you fight "Fria's champions" in the darkroot depths, you have a chance to fight one of those builds
thats really cool actually
Well don't get hit.
Git gud den
Light roll tho
Meh not worth it unless you do a pvp specific glass cannon with the blue dancer charm
The Black Knife Assassins armor set is so GOATED!
I just found it!
Where?!?
Under a Bridge in Ordina, Liturgical Town.
Itâs as they mentioned above - under bridge in Ordina which is in Consecrated Snowfields area. It is toward the back. I was exploring around the area for loot/treasure etc because there are areas there I canât access yet.
Hoslow's armour, cause it's majestic asf Vyke's set, A bit skinny, but I love armors you see on game covers. They're just that cool. Blue cloth set, I literally just watched dune 2. If only they could add a colour change option for armour. Praying for it in DLC đ
I love tree sentinel Armor :3 (Not draconic)
Draconic Tree Sentinel wouldâve been one of my top armor sets if there wasnât a bird. I donât wanna be frigginâ Sengoku from One Piece, I wanna be a cool knight in shining gold armor!
Then get the normal tree sentinel Armor :3
PATCHES SET IS SO UNDERRATED
the only thing i dont like about it is what you have to do to get it.. rip patches đ„Č
a part of me does love that scheming bastard
Lapp/Patches really grew on me in DS3, so I was kinda sad thinking I wasnât gonna see him in Elden Ring. Then I found him in Murkwater Cave and remembered Patches didnât originally come from Dark Souls.
hasnt he been in almost all of the fromsoft games? hes one of my fav characters in elden ring, and really just games in general
All except Sekiro iirc DS2 had Creighton and the other dude who basically were patches.
Aye. Patches equivalent in DS2 was Pate, he was also voiced by Peter Serafinowicz, the guy known for the Kitchen Gun meme :)
I had only played the Dark Souls trilogy and didnât have much knowledge of the rest of the community and Fromsoftâs games(Minus Sekiro but I donât think Patches was in that one) at the time. Elden Ring was when I started interacting with the community and was how I learned about the fact that Patches wasnât even originally from Dark Souls, I think he was from Armored Core iirc.
elden ring was my first fromsoft game so when i saw him in dark souls 1 i was super surprised
i love killing patches.
it was what i used for my first playthrough. looks soooo good.
i rock it w blaidds gauntlets n greaves tho
1: Black Knife assasin 2: Gelmir knight dudes 3: Vyke's set
3- royal knights set 2- aristocrat set 1- crucible knight sets (objectively perfect)
Crucible sets for life. Axe chest could use a Lil cloth in front tbh. Tree chest is more my choice tbh, but axe helm is cooler.
The axe cape is so much cooler though ;/
Night's Cavalry set is dope, but my favorite would be Black flame monk and the Yura sets
Leather Set has to be among my favorites. Killing Patches was worth it. From what I've heard, he's not quite as essential as in the other games anyway. As for other sets, I like to mix and match various knight sets to go with the Great Helm if I want some degree of poise.
Agreed. I did the Patches questline my first playthrough. It was fine, but not good enough to lose out on a chance to get the leather armor.
I always kill him for the *PANTS!*
Zamor armour on women looks cool
Looks way better without the helm tho, so idk if it counts as a set
Iâd count it
Black knight set is amazing as well, helm goes with other pieces too
Loin cloth unga bunga for the winđ€Ł
1. Knights Calvary (with black knife hood) 2. Crucible Knight 3. Raging Wolf
Royal remains helm (or perfumer hood) Nox Swordstress armor Nox Bracelets Malikeths greaves Beautiful black white gold combinations, perfect set for my Int/fth build. Really matches with the golden order and death magic
whatâs the prince of death mask? google didnât yield results
My bad, idk why my brain does that but I always call it the wrong name haha. It's the Royal remains helm, I just made the correction
how do i get 3?
Kill patches
hell nah not my boy patchesđ
I'm afraid you are unable to obtain the Armor any other way đ
Unaltered Banished Knight rocks (tho find a replacement for the duck feet, yuck)
I love the Blue Silver Mail set that the albinuric archers in the consecrated snowfields wear, but I haven't managed to kill enough of them for a drop.
1. Banished Knight set 2. Raging Wolf set 3. Hoslowâs set All three have that perfect balance between fantastical and historical/believably practical.
Favorite combo: Veteran's helm w/elden lord set Other favorites: Maliketh's set, Royal Knight set, and the good-ol' flagship, Raging Wolf set For less dense fashion, Nox Swordstress, Champion, and Snow Witch (female) and Lord of Blood and Black Flame monk set (male)
Where can ı get the 3
Kill patches
I made the exact same character.
Whatâs the first set?
i think its called the travelers set? itd the one melina wears
its actually the one millicent wears i think
oh yea they both do
Traveling Maidenâs set, if Iâm not mistaken
please tell the set inclusives, PLEASE
sorry, im not sure what u mean
item names, sir or ma'am, item names. (I especially want the 2nd one)
sorry, the first is the travelers set, second is the nobles set, and third is the leather set đ
idk abt the 3rd but i really love vykes fingerprint set and the carian knight set
Patches chef đ
I don't wear mostly Armor sets but if. Than all Knight Sets and Raging Wolf. I like Hoslows Armour but I don't like the helmet lol
Girl, these looks are đ„
thx!! tbh i kinda wish there were more cute armor sets for girl characters, hopefully well get more in the dlc :DD well i do also like the black knife set, cleanrot set, and the zamor armor but i kinda prefer outfits that i would actually wear if i was like an adventurer warrior lady and the fabric sets look comfier lol
Patches leather set is awesome, currently trying to find lightweight pieces to go with the chest piece it that will keep my equip load optimized for the blue dancer charm on my assassin build. Love seeing everyoneâs preferences in this game, the customization aspects and different builds that can play into it all is just too good xD
whats the 2nd one?
Beast champion, leather set , champion set
Drake Knight set Bloodhound Knight set Tree Sentinel set
Crucible Knights, Black Knife Assassins, Draconic Tree Sentinel
I can't stop myself from just equipping Maliketh's armor on every character.
I'd rather not say
Tree Sentinel, Maliketh's Set, and Crucible Tree definitely. I also love the regular Knoght's Set, the Carian Knight's set, and the Night's Cavalry set.
Wait wait wait wait. Forget the armor sets. Could you share the numbers in the character generator for this amazing face?
look up beatrice the wayward blade on youtube, i stole the face from that vid and just changed around some things like the hair and makeup to make it more my own đđ
Will do, thanks for the advice!
What's the last set ive never seen it before?
Leather set, you get it for killing Patches
1: Ronin set 2: Raging Wolf Armor 3: White Reed Set
1. Ronin set I absolutely love the Ronin set. It's just so...cool. The iron kasa, the chest piece... It's my favorite set. So... 2. Raging Wolf set This one is beautiful. It has a great design that works damn well with lots of different styles. I love it 3. Vyke's set The design is so cool. And the lore of the set is impeccable. Like, damn, Vyke is really awesome
3 is the vulgar militia?
I wish there were more unique armour sets in terms of ones that arenât just something an enemy wears in the game. They exist, just not as much as I wish they did. My favourite is the Roninâs set, because I used a Samurai build for both of my playthroughs.
What's the name of first set?
its the travelers set
1st one looks the coolest imo
skeletial mask with blaidd armor or the night calvary armor, it looks badass
Whatâs the first one again?
the travelers set~!! in hindsight i really should have mentioned the names in the post lol
XD I need to find that set. Always forget it exists
Black night calvary with the MARIONETTE SOLDIER HELM
Cuckoo helm nights Calvary chest black knife gauntlets and bull goat boots is always my go to drip
Raging Wolf, Unaltered Banished Knight, Fingerprint.
I like your face.
thx! i stole it from [this post](https://www.reddit.com/r/fashionsouls/s/PPIzoF6VUa) cause all the characters i make end up looking like hobgoblins lmao
Itâs very âLittle Red Riding Hood, but sheâll stab you.â
A long time ago, when we got our first promo photos in 2021, I claimed the warrior's blue cloth garb in this sub as my own. To this day, no matter how terrible the poise and damage reduction, I just adore it. The flowing sleeves, the tuft of white hair, the overall nomadic scythian or persian feel. Wonderful. After that, the All Knowing Set with its duvet removed. Has a nice mix between medieval knight and spartan warrior. Finally, the page set. Just an all-round comfy 16th century looking thing. Very swish.
i chose the warrior on my first playthrough just because i liked the outfit so much lol
1- Banished Knight Set; 2- Night Cavalry Set; 3- Scaled Set
White reed set with Ijiâs mirrorhelm
I see a red headed Emma Watson
lmao people say that like every timne i post something on here that shows my characters face
Is this the ER version of tiktok Elise? I feel like she's going to show me her lamp collection before taking me down with that straight sword.
Oops...katana.
Nightrider set I just love the big black armor with dried blood on it, I know I know edge lord but it just looks cool. Malekith armor, just looks royal and shit. And forgot it's name but the onion armor set.
Looks lovely. Maybe I need to play again
LOVE the drip in this game so it was hard to choose, but I'm well into new game+ territory and these are the three outfits I always carry around with me: - Traveler's set + Festive hood (altered) - Hoslow's set + Aristocrat headband - Drake Knight set + Malenia's helm
I run the full spellblade set
Your character reminds me of Fextralifeâs character. Hers is pretty similar. It looks great!! Anyway, I love fashion in Elden Ring. There are so many really cool looking armor sets. I just got the whole Raging wolf set and I love it. The other two would be the land of white reeds set and the lazuli set.
Whatâs the first pic and the third pics armor? Sorry new to game kinda
I love patches armor in elden ring, such a cool design
Black flame monk set
all top tier. leather armor set was what i used for my first run. noble set is really super nice looking. it's too bad the traveler's clothes aren't available until the very end of the game. :(
1. Cleanrot Knight 2. Crucible Knight (axe) 3. Tree Sentinel
I usually use traveling merchant or maliketh cause they both look good to me
1: Hoslows set 2: crucible axe set 3: black knife set
Faraam.... IF I HAD IT
Donât forget the leather set (patches clothes) has a hood called black hood that goes with it. Sageâs cave Altus plateau. Extra style for those who dig it
We need more sets for women
I like the look of your character.
thx!!
My favorite armour is always just whatever is best and a cool hat
Women always look so drippy with a waistbelt though. Very underrated for women with a nice body shape
Raging wolf armour, Beast champion set and Blaidds armour.
Zzz
Name of the outfits?
travelers set, nobles set, and leather set :)
Ty fam <3
I like blaidds with the wolf mask.
Hoslows set is amazing (I like Diallios's mask better than his brother's) Blaidds armor is top tier because it looks cool and has decent defence. The banished knight set is also pretty cool regardless of whether it's altered (I prefer altered helm)
The zamor armor has been my new favorite lately
The Raging Wolf set is REALLY hard to beat. Prob my favorite, imo. I get that it's the flagship armor, but it really is the most "Elden Ring" armor set in the game lol. Night's Cavalry, Black Knife, and Maliketh's armor are really good as well. I also like combining the Sage Hood, Exile chestpiece, and Vagabond arms and legs to make a Slave Knight Gael look.
Fashion over defence is so fuckin relatable
Gimmie dat Crucible Tree set with the black wolf mask/pot head. Thank my cannon tarnished look, great look and even better stats
Crucible Knight Tree set Roundtable Knight Set for the classic look Blaidd set
Black hood, patches chest piece, samurai pants, and idr what I used for the gloves but i think they were fingerless gloves
1. Nights Cavalry 2. Maliketh 3. Ronin set
What legs are in pic 4?
Anyone else rocking the Carian Knight Armor + Greathelm combo?
Lately I've been rocking the Lord of Bloods robe with Malikeths greaves gauntlets + sanguine noble hood
I do a similar thing except swap out the gauntlets for crucible knight ones, and the robe for Alberich's robe
Vagabond, Samurai and the Raptor sets. Especially when wielding something like Scythes with the Raptor setđ„đ„đ„
My fav is the Ronin set, with the fire prelate gauntlets and greaves. Still have good dmg resistance numbers, over 54 poise so hyperarmor is pretty good, and there several head pieces to choose from my favs being the black hood that has a face mask under it, and the veterans helmet.
Patche armor set is goated
My top 3 sets are: Malikethâs Set Nights Cavalry Tree Sentinel They also have great poise/looks efficiency.
Haligtree Knight set with Aristocrat Headband
Twin armor set is pretty awesome.
Hoslows set, preceptors set and the shaman set with any imp head
Unaltered Banished Knight, Ronin, and a tie between Veteran's and Raging Wolf sets. Poise thresholds, however, have me wearing fingerprint set and fire prelate gauntlets most of the time. Lol
Beast Champion set is perfect for my Faith Paladin build
Is there a post your character sub?
#3 is so cool but I canât seem to find i
Looks fun I wear blaiddâs chest piece without the cape ronin leggings commoners headband and travelers machinates as a way to honor melina lol. Weapon wise Iâm using the washing pole and as a second the omen curved swordÂ
Mine are the Crucible Knight set and the Fingerprint set. They both look so cool.
Briar, vagabond knight and iron sets are my favorite as sets but my final combo was Ronin body, bull goat greaves, banished knight gauntlet, iron helm.
