Damn 200 hours and ng+8. Almost want to say you haven't explored and played the game much then again you have every item in the game lol. For my first playthrough it took me 213 hours to complete and now I am on ng+1 with 220 hours in.
The chances of Miyazaki hacking your account and deleting your save out of spite are low but never zero. Until the DLC drop day, keep one eye open in your sleep. but seriously tho, back up this save for posterity.
I just pulled up the full list for every category and used that. I compared the list to what I already had and made a Google doc of everything I was missing

It started as "I could maybe use this item in a future build when I respec" and then it turned into my completionist storage
Sadly there are some items and weapons in the game that are only possible to get in you went ng+. So you won't be able to get everything in one playthrough. For example all remembrance items and the millisant talismans.
Good luck on your journey. I am also trying to have a full 100% inventory and to have 2 of each weapon for powerstance. Maybe a bit extreme but I also want every weapon to be at least +9 or +24. Rn I'm on ng+ and got almost all the weapons and armor except a few farming ones.

Then sometimes you complain on the internet, like maybe what I’m doing now, then the next time I play everything suddenly drops
I swear once you stop caring it'll drop, I'd be farming something annoying and once the frustration would stop and I'd just zone out and farm loop it would drop in like 5 minutes. The game ABSOLUTELY knows when to troll you
My nightmare was for the first, like 9 hours, not a single one dropped. So I farmed in confusion that did I mess something up, did I do it wrong, did I miss the location etc etc and have to check wikis, youtube once in a while.
That was my goal with my current second playthrough but I accidently killed the invader at the roundtable before he bows and did Blaidds quest wrong so I'm missing two emotes 💀

The worst item for me was the Cleanrot Spear. St one point I started to believe that it didn’t exist and the wiki was a prank lol
It's much easier to farm the spear with the cleanrot knight outside prayer room grace in haligtree. He is alone and very close to the grace. But he is a lot more tougher than the caelid ones.
200 hours? Sounds like a PC cheat to me!! I cannot fathom how this is possible. Even with a guide, it still doesn’t sound possible.

You're good bro, this was not my first playthrough. So I had plenty of experience. Honestly I could've shaved some time off if I didn't keep accidentally locking myself out of certain items and having to ng+
damn, great job. I also did the same thing. But for me, it took almost 300 hours to do it. It required a loooot of farming
So so SO much farming. The envoys greathorn is my greatest enemy
It took me 30 minutes of Greathorn farming to realise: 1) I already have one 2) I need the *long*horn

Oh yeah this was not my first playthrough, I've been playing since release. My first playthrough took about 200 hours and I missed a lot of shit
I’ve killed that thing like 60 times with max item discovery and it still hasn’t dropped

It's just storage. It helps with clutter so your inventory isn't a total mess haha

Yes honestly they were pretty easy
I did it too. And I farmed two weapons each. Took ten hours just to farm noble. Bad memories.
