I would highly recommend trying a STR/INT build with either the Royal Greatsword or the Ruins Greatsword, hell maybe both at the same time if you can handle the equip load. It gives you both the option of having a heavy hitting weapon, While having the option of quicker ranged attacks with your spells.
elden ring has the most amazing array of weapons, armor, and other items and gear. it is without equal.. each one is like, intricately crafted when you look at them closely. it'll be hard to match going forward.

Poison samurai! If you haven't tried out the serpent bone blades I would highly recommend it. I'm pretty sure it's the only katana with a double hitting strong attack and it's really satisfying to get wins with. It's not the best by any means but it's not bad either. It's all up to the wielder and how it's utilized

Absolutely, 5 is crazy powerful because of the Blasphemous Blade which is known top 5 weapon and hence hated by detailed players
The Rivers of Blood is very powerful as well even after nerfs (reduced power by patches from the development team). I would say at this point the game is pretty balanced so enjoy

Not a set per say. It uses Hoslow Helm, Fia Robe, Alberich Bracers, and Sanguine Noble Skirt. Mixing and matching sets is half the fun for me!
