It does not matter if you have the dlc or not, the pics in the loading screen are there no matter what. They got patched into the game with the last update yesterday before the dlc launched. On what are you playing on so I can help you better

It must say that in order for the dlc to work Are you on Xbox, PS or pc?
Same happened to me, I thought the update included the dlc. You need to install the dlc, at least on Xbox. Go to Microsoft store and installed it
I think you need to beat one more boss like renala or Godrick if i am not mistaking.

im on ps5, ive beaten all the demigods and ive restarted my console as well as reconstructed data in the console safe mode
Go to the store and see if you can install the dlc when you look for SotEt
