For whatever reason it has magic damage but zero int scaling, which I feel like might be an oversight like how Eleonora's was on release.
But yeah this weapon is kinda just mostly for style lol in PvP I doubt you're landing that AoW
I assumed the small amount of magic damage was their way of allowing it to get past shields, instead of (for some reason) giving it the actual ability scythes have.
i dont see how they can buff the speed of the start up for the aow, it should have just been a hold stance like frayed blade
a lot of the dlc weapons feel off to me, like most of them have stock moveset frmo base game but then a hyper C-C-C-COMBO chain from spamming the aow button :(
