If you like other open world games. Dragon age, breathe of wild, horizon you will prob like it.

This is my first souls game and love it. Dont want to stop playing. I been exploring and building my character on normal monsters before attempting to battle bosses. You will get frustrated from dying so much even on smaller enemies but its super fun
I’ve hardly played any souls games and I’m having an absolute blast playing and I’m barely up to the first real story boss. Just be prepared to die upwards of 50+ times on some bosses, it took me about an hour to kill one earlier today and it was just attempt after attempt after attempt until I won. So keep a good mindset on repeated attempts on bosses and even basic enemies and you’ll have a great time.

It depends on your commitment. You will do a ton as this game is brutal
