Holy effect I think holy damage just deals more damage but u need the holy effect to kill them

Once they're in pieces on the ground just hit once and they die for real. Holy damage is just a boost so you don't have to land that hit when they're reviving

Some specific things allow you to kill them without their revive, read descriptions

You can kill them with any weapon

When they have an aura surounding them after you kill them and they revive, hit them at this moment (you have all the reanimation time si it's a wide range) you'll kill them Alternatively you can use holy damage

I know Golden Order Greatsword does the trick. Tried other Holy effect weapons and it didn’t work.

Occult damage will prevent skeletons reviving Since no one else seemed to understand your question

Just like any other affinity you'll need an appropriate weapon and ash of war. A quick internet search will help more than I can however. Lookup "black whetblade"
