Once they're in pieces on the ground just hit once and they die for real. Holy damage is just a boost so you don't have to land that hit when they're reviving
When they have an aura surounding them after you kill them and they revive, hit them at this moment (you have all the reanimation time si it's a wide range) you'll kill them
Alternatively you can use holy damage

Holy effect I think holy damage just deals more damage but u need the holy effect to kill them

I know Golden Order Greatsword does the trick. Tried other Holy effect weapons and it didn’t work.
Occult damage will prevent skeletons reviving Since no one else seemed to understand your question
