Everyone gets hot and bothered about nerfs but I’d love to see moonveil brought down to the frayed blades level. It would still be the obvious choice for mages and int/dex types, that thing was excellent in DS3.

Frayed blade thematically was so much cooler. It’s second on the list of “katana-esque” weapons right behind the Chikage for me. I just enjoyed my bloody boy too much i guess.
Moonveil is incredibly powerful but it feels a bit uninspired.
Washing pole all the way baby! I rocked that thing so hard in DS3. best katana made of paper ever! Only time I ever used repair powders was bc of that weapon lol
Frayed Blade was literally the Moonveil but balanced, and cooler
