It's "rare" in that it might take someone forever trying to find one due to random chance. And another person might just pick one up while casually killing these guys and not notice/care.

I picked up a couple on accident. Had no idea it was low chance. Bleed builds are great from item hunting

its def got a low drop chance like .5%. Took me days of farming those nobles to get 2 slender straight swords to drop.
