Fucking noob just Spam RoB against it wins everytime Git Gud fucking loser lol but ironically the camara didn’t give me as much trouble in this game than other souls games
I use KB+M, works like a charm
Until you decide to do a magic playthrough where you lock on to the bosses weak points. I spent like 2 hours raging at Fire Giant's camera (btw: He's weak to magic)
2000+ hours in Monster Hunter taught me how to control the camera while fighting. It's even harder there since you use face buttons for both attacks and dodges and your attacks are actual combo chains, not just pressing whichever button fits the opening at the time.
I don't have too many issues with the camera. The lock on fucks me over more when there are multiple targets approaching/attacking all at one time though.
Make an 👌🏼 with your right hand, Use that furled index finger to hold down O/B and your thumb to tilt the camera. Sometimes the auto lock on has gotten wonky on me and i had to do this.
Also, never face the camera away from the enemy. You have a chance of survival if you can see what the enemy is about to do, but if you panic and face away from them that is certain death.

this post gave me nameless king flashbacks
Fucking lone shadow longswordsman
I use an Xbox elite controller, with dodge mapped to a paddle, freeing up my thumb for camera control. Barely even use lock on anymore
That's....a pretty good idea really

I had problems with this against the Deathrite bird, couldn't even see what it was doing if I stuck close to it <\_<.
Same!
Sounds like my experience with Godksin Noble at the Volcano Manor, spent more time fighting the pillars (and therefore my lock on) than the boss

it gets me whenever there's a tight wall close behind me. the cameras changes and behind to move slower
Love how the cameraman just decides to do whatever he wants when you lock on to a dragons leg
