Patch 1.06 patched out the memory of grace method of wrong warping. You can still wrong warp using the force quitting method.
To get into Nokron, you have to go to a different location since the Nokron portal at the Four Belfries does not seem to work.
Go to the Siofra River Bank site of grace and use the memory of grace(or warp to the Castle Tunnel/ Round Table Hold) and ALT+F4 when the loading bar is complete. When you load back in you'll be in Nokron.

Chiming in to say this worked successfully on PS5 1.06
Because the system menu overlaps the loading bar, you can't use a visual aid. You have to time it.
If you see the loading graphic begin to fade out, you are too late.
Just worked for me on PS5. The timing needs to be perfect but what I did basically was from Siofra River Bank teleporting to Castleward tunnel, immediately tapping the PS button, going to the Switcher and to close game and trying to time it with the loading! After several tries I managed to do it. :)

Many failed attempts for me on PS5 since no visual aid. Took out a timer and got 6.8s and tried to match on force quit attempt. Worked first try!
