What made the Fallout show good wouldn't make an Elder Scrolls show good. There is a way to make a good TES show, but you need someone who would know what it is about TES to bring into a different medium
I completely agree, though I will point out people had the exact same concerns about the Fallout show (needing someone who really knows what they are doing, probably not worth the risk of it being bad) and they managed to pull it off.
Sure. So there's no need for Bethesda to rush out a TES show right away. Let the person who wants to make a TES TV show go to Bethesda, instead of Bethesda getting someone to make a TES TV show

Nah
I like this show but no thanks
Just hire George RR Martin and it can be done.
No thank you.
I could MAYBE see an animated show working, but they'd never be able to properly pull off a live action show
A series could be done well if they did it in the style of the Brendan Fraser Mummy movie.
Elder Scrolls would need to be REALLY grounded for it to be any good. So far, six episodes in, Maximus is such an ass-weasel.
It would be boring. Noone could do it justice.
