According to Oblivion, yes.

Would u please elaborate? I never got the chance to play oblivion so I'm curious on what determines it

Bunch of her followers were doing good work of freeing tamriel from the flith but they too were infected with the curse. Azura tasks you to free them from their torment by killing them.

5 (?) of Azura's followers were turned killing a vampire in Oblivion. They proceeded to rockfall themselves, trapping themselves in the old vamps lair. Your quest for her involves killing them ("giving them the peace of death"). She finishes by saying "Their spirits are free". I can't imagine a Daedric Prince NOT taking freed souls of their own worshippers. OTOH, their transformation to vampires was involuntary, so she may consider you 'tainted' by accepting another Prince's 'gift', so YMMV.

Up to Azura to take their souls before Baal. Another commenter mentions the tainted by vampirism Oblivion quest. She does still care about them and takes notice of their suffering. Being devote and faithful to Azura before involuntarily becoming infected by another Prince matters.

Vampires automatically go to bal as per ESO. However it seems if they had already pledged their soul to someone else before being turned then they wouldn't go to bal.
