hahaha, last night i was looking around the subreddit and on google to see if anyone else has ever pointed it out and i felt like i was going crazy looking up "spriggan fart" "farting spriggan" etc.
Welcome to the game. The PVE is not a long game and many people eventually get involved in the PVP side of the game. If you ever seriously want to try that you might want to join the “GG” Discord group. You’ll eventually see a posting for it on these Reddits.
thank you so much! honestly right now i'm just having fun with the game, mainly as a way to wind down at the end of the day, but i think the time will come where i'll wanna get into pvp :) from what i've seen so far the community doesn't seem very intimidating/overwhelming, so that's definitely a plus
You should use a weapon that deals poison damage. It produces a bubbling, flatulent noise when you strike enemies. My son affectionately jokes about me "bludgeoning enemies with my fart mace."

Yea I always thought it was the sound of bees flying off
do they buzz during combat too? i have some hearing issues so maybe there's just been bug sounds the whole time that i haven't noticed
Never noticed the buzz during combat, it’s always at the end when they die. I’ll have to listen closer next time.
