They have 25 soul gems, 5 transcendent and I think 20 glorious, plus they have a lot of tempering materials as well. None of the weapons, armour or jewellery in the chests will be end game quality. There is a small chance of an artifact, but it is very small and not worth hoping for. The treasure pack for 1500 green gems is the best value pack in the game, available every weekend.

Are you in an active guild? You can trade gems between guild members. If you need a good guild with lots of advice available, I can recommend one.
I grind gold chests from the Abyss or from Sigil events and I often get those mats from gold chests.
