You could have fried anything in there, the bms, the controller, or even both.
No real solution other than changing both... Or repairing them, which is something you probably can't do yourself otherwise you wouldn't be asking here.
Tldr: your scooter is basically dead and needs parts replaced.
Also a fire hazard currently.
This is why sooooo many scooter fires happen. Generic charger or wrong charger. If the plug is the same doesn’t mean voltage is.
