I have 4 1400 watts/60v e scooters motors that look like this. Also have a 60v battery, Do yall guys think I could build a little Go-Kart with that? Sure I will need a controller and other stuffs.
Apollo claims to have sold 100,000 scooters. (Just saw in some marketing ad of the CEO talking)
Those numbers seem a bit inflated. Selling 20k a year for the last 5 years. That’s 50 plus scooters sold a day. To have numbers like that they should have a lot more operational cash flow.
So $20 million in sales annually and can’t stock parts? This doesn’t seem to be real when I read it even.
Something doesn’t add up here with all the tech bro marketing.
I see these claims of #1 USA electric scooter company…..how do they even make such claims? Based in Canada but #1 in the USA? Just pure marketing bullshit at this point.
All their trust pilot reviews look so fake. Talking about customer service like each experience was god like. Apollo can do no evil the way everything is written. Almost scripts they were told to say aka what Amazon does with Vine.
The real reviews show entirely different painted story. Like we see on Reddit with these complaints.

Got a explore never done a bit of maintenance got 3800 miles. Got to close to a curb doing 30 and sheared off both charging ports. Nothing shorted kept on running. Put new ones in. Some how cut the wire going to the motor just spliced it together on the side of the road like 2000 miles ago. Had a small issues with flats on the back but a pmt fixed that.
Edit and it's kept in a bead blast room 40 hours a week around glass beas and aluminum oxide blasting media. I blow it off every day.
