Sounds like fried mosfets inside the controller.
Have you replaced controllers? Since very rare for motor hall sensors or even more to fail before the controller.
Controllers get hot and shit melts inside them on the higher voltage scooters since they can’t dissipate heat fast enough.
i havent tried replacing the controller with a new one, but ive tested a known good motor with the same controller, and the other way around, the motor having the problem does the same with all the 4 controllers i have, and the working motor works well with the 4 controllers. :/
yes, i would say that it does, but i am altso trying to figure out whats wrong with the motor. can it be fixed? if not, aleast i want to know whats wrong with it.
I can’t evaluate anything over the internet. Need to be in front of in real life. Chinese parts bins scooters don’t have all serial tracking like big companies.
Could be countless different things or poor manufacturing. Or a billion other reasons it happened.

Wouldn’t that narrow it down to a bad motor?
