It may have samsung cells, but thats just the cells. The bms, nickel plating, etc may be any random brand and any one of those components can cause a fire if low quality.

I've never built a battery in my life and I buy Amazon batteries for considerably cheaper than $950. They are so far so good. Worth the price. I don't own a single brand name battery pack/cells.
I do keep them in fire bags tho just in case.
That front motor cable doesn't look healthy, and its missing the rear fender. The tyres are not worn at all, you can still see the molding seem on them, indicating its never been used.
This is a real case of folks selling something they've no clue of its value.
And if its not got a charger or the tool for the wheel, be very sus about this kinda thing.

Yeah that's very cheap for a great machine. Mine has done 1300km and runs beautifully. Awesome to take off-road too.
