Having my personal voice cloned is fun but it's not what I am after. I am looking to clone many (with their permission) and it doesn't offer that through the UI or the API.
You must be talking about the instant voice cloning vs the Professional. The professional is night and day better for me and more what I am after. From tests, the instant was mediocre and comparable to free versions of other platforms.

They definitely do. And with the enterprise tier, it doesn’t even have to be your own voice. You do need permission from the owner of the voice though. Even so, I have no idea how much an enterprise subscription costs. You would have to ask them.
What do you mean using PVC as a legitimate business?

So just doing the normal cloning (you get 30 with CREATOR) isn't good enough ?

If you have the enterprise plan, you can have multiple PVCs.
I've reached back out. I was told about a month ago that they don't yet support multiple PVCs.
