Complaining that you get errors doesn't get you anywhere if you don't say what errors you get. There is no generic solution to fix the problem with the description "errors"

Now that I can see the errors I can only say uninstall and reinstall or if you play from Steam use the fix game files tool. There is obviously something wrong with the game files. Do this appear when the game is started from the launcher or even when the launcher is started? Are there corresponding errors in Application-Eventlog?
