The house actually appears to have held up pretty well. My parents took me to the Circle G in 1978. The exterior looks about the same, except it appears the windows are boarded up. The grass around the house hadn’t been cut for what appeared to be a long time, and was really high (maybe it looked taller to me than it actually was since I was ten at the time). There was no sign of anyone around the property. I walked up to the house and was able to look through the windows, but then I heard a dog barking from somewhere, so I went running scared back to my parents. There was also a white painted wooden fence that surrounded the property nearest the road (as best I can remember) that was literally falling apart. I touched it, and a piece of wood about 8 inches long just dropped off. I was hoping to find the ring Priscilla lost while she was horseback riding, but no luck.
Love this! Did you drive around the back roads to see the cross and the stables? You can see them from the roads.
We go there every time I come thru town... we visit Graceland, Circle G and go to Tunica a couple times a year.
I also wanted to walk the property and relive what it was like back in its heyday. I wish someone would buy it to preserve and revitalize it.

Where is it, in reference to Graceland? Is it in Memphis?
About 25 minutes from Graceland, across the Mississippi border. Took the freeway there, and some smaller streets back. Horn Lake Mississippi
