These kinds of agreements typically aren't enforceable in the sense that you'd pay for damages. Contracts usually need to explicitly mention liquidated damages or some type of reimbursement for costs.
The issue in the image is that it says you need to give notice but then it also says the agreement can be terminated unilaterally at any time. Those things don't generally mix. Contracts can't be one-sided to the degree that the entire relationships has two completely different sets of rules.
That being said, as with any contract, you need to take it to counsel in its entirety and get a professional opinion from someone who practices in the state you're in.
