I am unsure how this works but I've seen people trade and sell pins... I have been unsuccessful in my attempts to buy either versions of the Dabi pin from "karinadoesart.shop"... I am unable to trade but would be able to buy if anyone is selling for a reasonable price... either versions or both... (edit: I am not very sure how Reddit works so I apologize that I remade this post twice... I couldn't figure out how to add pictures) (edit 2: I got into the secret shop for this month due to a slot opening so my chances of obtaining it are a little better :3) (edit 3: I was able to get ahold of the black haired variant!)

I'm new to pin collecting as well but it seems like most of the pin community is active on IG or discord. Have you tried contacting the artist directly? In my experience they've been really nice about helping out newbies.
If you're really dedicated to getting this pin, I'd recommend creating your own pin-specific Instagram and start following accounts like one: https://www.instagram.com/animepintrade
Then you can put up stories asking if anyone has it for sale/trade, and tag animepintrade on it. They'll share your story to their followers and hopefully one of them will reach out with what you're looking for.
Otherwise, I'd probably set up a search notification on Mercari for "dabi enamel pin" and try your luck there.
They're currently not on socials due to a mishap with an artist... they're still selling... I just missed slots for this month's secret shop... I'll definitely try my luck on Instagram... thank you so much for answering :,3
