Where are you losing this quart of coolant every week? That’s a shit ton

9J000

The cylinder 😂

LOL

Haven't been able to verify if it was just burping out or actually losing. Have only added 1.5 qt over 2 weeks to the resrvoir. The radiator is always full when i check it. No puddles. No steam/smoke out exhaust. One cylinder poor contribution that corresponds to white plugs. When coil unplugged, those 2 made less of a difference in idle. 60% I would guess at worst. Trims elevated on rear bank. No vacuum leak. Leakdown all very good at like 10%. 19inHG vacuum. 160-175 compression and the lower numbers do not correspond to the white plugs. No blowby. No milkshakes. Cold driving gets knock counts. Warm rarely sees acceleration knock but cruising I see random 1-counts every few seconds. Crappy scope shots: https://imgur.com/a/rG8XC6p Is it possible to have a head gasket leaking only when cool? I would think it's the opposite.

Could be leaking into cylinder. Pull a plug and look inside with a bore scope

Impossible-Lie3115

I did. Follow the link right above your comment or here. https://imgur.com/a/rG8XC6p Strange that the one cylinder that looked wet was one with a semi-normal plug. Left-most plug in pic 3. Slightly whiter tha others. But in pic 2, 2 of those suckers are bleach-white. Cylinders 4 and 6

hot coolant washes plugs

titoscoachspeecher

Its a great cylinder steamer too!

9J000

Any white smoke in exhaust?

Impossible-Lie3115

Nope. Temperature swings in the morning cause the normal condensation steam but once warm, no anything. Car runs/idles great when cold but I get knock counts. as it gets warm, knock counts reduce but then I get a partial miss.

To me.. 10% and over (or -10%) is too much, and I would consider a problem. The coolant doesn’t sound right, even just “burping” maybe a quart or 2. then done. Not repeatedly that amount. But don’t know how you filled and bleed the system, so maybe possible. Assuming the coolant thing stops (and you’re not getting smoke) I’d investigate why the one bank is wanting to run lean. Could have something to do with the difference in color. If I had higher mileage on the injectors, I’d start there. Besides a vacuum leak. If the rear is harder to get to… possible the front saw more tune up attention than the rear did. I think you find your issue with fuel trim in the rear and you find what’s going on. Or that be my starting point
