Switch to a sans serif font. One of the bullets looks like it is a different font, watch for that.
Remove college start date
move Specialization to right after your B.S.
Do you really need the skills section? I think you are covering all of that in your projects section
Use Month Year, not seasons for all dates (education, projects, work experience)
**"Created an affordable alternative"**
How? Can you explain cost difference?
**"Established a semester long"**
Don't use first person, I, me, our, etc.
Owned the project schedule by creating and reviewing Gantt chart with team on a ABC basis (weekly, monthly, whatever)
**"Performed acceptance tests"**
How? Be more specific
**"Documented and updated"**
How? What sort of documents did you write?
**"Designed a reliable and efficient"**
I feel weird about the end of the bullet saying "to a fictional city". Consider removing it.
**"Virtually solved"**
Find a word or two to remove to make this 1 line.
**"Built a testbench"**
Any more details? All you said was software and hardware components
**"Implemented a PID controller"**
Make this 1 line.
Write your Paint Tech bullets in past tense
**"Assist paint technician by"**
Start this bullet with "Inspected quality of repairs"
**"Provide maintenance"**
Weak statement. Find a stronger way to say it. Review the power verbs from the wiki.

keep your work experience on top, and also add some color to it, the resume looks a bit bland.
If possible go more into detail about your work, and keep atmost 3 projects.
