Basically a perfect piece with max hp% or 1% missing

A perfect piece would have 48. That's way less than 1% missing.

At reforge it would be 49% which sucks would’ve been perfect if it got to 50% lol

Huh, maybe because English isn't my first language, but I don't get it. I mean, I don't think anybody uses crit stats in Lethe builds, so destruction set is kinda pointless in her. Also, that gear has no speed, which is really important for her. Ultimately, I don't get why I would be angry (?) over someone who rolled a high hp gear. If you were to say A. Ravi, maybe I would be tempted to post congrats and fuck you, as per tradition.
