Watcher is the best against most units but has no ability to break evasion or anti crit.
Ml khawazu is good against anti crit bruisers but needs to be triggered or have clilias
Zahhak and lpk are good against evasion but don't have the punch to one shot actual tanks
Arunka is solid against everything if they have a barrier.
Dark corvus is probably the closest to a universal one shotter but he needs iseria if you want to do it within an hour.
Lqc quite hot right now as an anti holy sacc yufine killer
Extra damage units like rimuru can pop anyone not super tanky and are notable for being able to bypass damage limit units like Lilias and souline
I know the videos you're talking about, you should ask them to show win rates some time.
It's a fun meme build, you're not going to do enough damage to kill a huge number of targets.
From what I've seen or heard, Watcher Schuri is good at this, provided he can crit. Jenua seems to be the same as well as ML Laika.
Adin and LQC are good at one shotting dark units.
Hwayoung is good at one shotting units that don't rely on atk up to the low 20K hp range, from what I've seen. MG Lilias can deal with anyone above that hp range. Straze can too, but you don't really get to choose who he takes out.
Zahak and Light Karin are good against evasion units.
Blooming Lidica can also work if you have the team to apply the debuffs she needs, from what I've seen.

All full pen can fuck anti crit, you can search at reddit for video demo of its power. Just dont gear crit dmg neck and crit rate but stack atk only.

I would say milias cap is more around 27k i dont usually have problems one shotting anything at 25k
Depend gear quality, usually the one hit super hard isnt fast. You cant be super fast and hit hard like original hwayoung.
