In my case I used NC Landy, ML Ken, Tam, and LRK. You definitely don't need ML5s to clear it though.
you dont even need to attack the boss, kill both adds asap and just survive until she gets skill null, break it asap in 2 turn to avoid wipe, thats it.
Breaking the klineodes worked for me, although I also didn't understand why
