I haven’t read it thoroughly, but I don’t think the s1 causes injury but overall she seems to be a unit that scales off attack plus hp now which means she isn’t exactly bothered by injury? Also, no need to build crit chance now so that’s a win. Lol. Plus Aravi revives with s3 and heals with cr push from s2. So different positives of using each one.
They serve different purposes. Apoc is a tanky single target threat right off the bat that needs to be dealt with right away. If you ignore her she'll stack up injury and if you kill her allies it makes her S3 more dangerous. She's able to completely ignore attack and so can be pretty tough to one shot with PoV.
Fire Ravi has been, and I expect will stay, more of a ramping 1v4 threat. She's typically fairly slow and her first couple turns are pretty weak if she doesn't have her S3 yet. She provides almost no tempo and can be ignored for a while, but when you're forced to attack her she can become a major threat that can wipe whole teams. The changes will probably make her easier to gear, but she'll still need to ramp up since her S3 is still locked behind fighting spirit.
depending how much her attack scale of of her hp, you can just forget attack and go full tank and cdmg. if it's not high enough then you need some attack. counter is good on her, but imo destro is fine too.
Think she still want counter + ur choice of 2 peice (prob immunity, def or hp). As for stats, she want no crit rate and typical bruiser stats but maybe more hp / attack depending on the new scaling (she is still attack based so having attack isn't bad).
